
ABOUT ME
I am now a Research Associate at Dyson School of Design Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Imperial College London. Prior to this post, I have been a Postdoc Fellow at Université de Montréal for half a year.
I hold one PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and the other PhD in Mechatronic Engineering, a joint program with Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) and King’s College London (KCL). I have been working as a visiting research associate at KCL in 2014, funded by China Scholarship Council. During my PhD study in Beijing, I have taken a titular position as Assistant to CEO at Jing-Jin Electric (JJE) Technologies Co., Ltd. for half a year. My research interests include robotic adapive grasping and dexterous manipulation, deployable, adaptive and reconfigurable mechanisms and robots and their industrial, biomedical and renewable energy applications.
